PRICING POLICY

Donations

Due to the nature of charity donations, refunds are given at the discretion of our management. Therefore please make sure that the amount you enter is the amount you wish to give.
 

In the event of an incorrect amount being entered, or if the donation is made accidently or there is an extremely unusual circumstance, please contact us in writing at admin@horsepower.org.au. We will review the request and respond within 72 hours.
 

If a donation is refunded, the associated tax receipt is no longer truthful so it should be shredded.

Donations Refund General rules

 

  • We will refund if there was an error with the donation processing

  • We will refund if the donor entered the wrong amount

  • We will refund if the recurring donation did not cancel correctly when requested
     

Event tickets

Once the transaction has taken place refunds are given at the discretion of our management.
 

Refunds are given at the discretion of management providing the tickets are returned to us in a resalable condition within seven days.
 

Tickets General rules

We will refund ticket sales if the buyer advises two days in advance of the event that they cannot attend due to illness or misadventure.

Merchandise
Delivery

HorsePower Australia merchandise can only be shipped to an Australian address.
Delivery will be via Australia Post ordinary mail.
 

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 5 business days. Shipping is estimated at between 5-7 business days depending upon your location within Australia.

If we are unable to supply an ordered item we will contact you within 5 business days of receiving your order to arrange a refund, backorder or replacement product.
 

Tax and Currency

All displayed items are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).
 

Refunds

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make an incorrect decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been incorrectly described or differ from the product purchased on the website.
 

All returned items must be presented in good order in the original packaging accompanied by the original HorsePower Australia online order confirmation or receipt. 
 

Postage charges are not refundable unless they are due to our error.
