Welcome to our website!
Riding for the Disabled is a voluntary organisation that provides a range of multi-diagnostic services to disabled children and adults through horse riding activities.
Take a look through our website and then why not come riding with us, or maybe make a donation to our very worthwhile organisation.
Riding with RDA
Apart from it's therapeutic benefits horse riding is fun!
RDA Oakford always welcomes new participants and volunteers to ride with us.
Participants of all ages are welcome. We offer sessions
that are structured to the rider's ability, and are supervised
by our Nationally Accredited Coaches.
RDA Oakford Coaches possess professional skills in the areas of Disability, Horse Management, and Coaching Riders with Disabilities, and are recognised as Qualified Coaches by the National Riding for the Disabled Association.
Volunteers are always needed and always welcome for jobs such as leading the horses, saddling and grooming the horses, and looking after the horses in general through to gardening, general maintenance, and even our committee consists of volunteer members.
